After Mom's retirement, she loved to work in her flower gardens, knit, play bingo and go out east to check the cattle, and also spend time with her children and grandchildren. Mom leaves to mourn her children, Neil (Marlyn) of Brandon, MB, Pat (Gilbert) Geisler, Marilyn (Terry) Johnson, Kathie (Steven) Tindall, Grant (Shelly), all of Ashern, MB, daughter-in-law Rose of Alberta; 19 grandchildren, and thirty-four great-grandchildren; one brother Phillip (Mary) Mattern of BC, sister Mina (Ed) Peltz of Warren, MB, sister-in-law Dorothy Budge of Inwood, MB, auntie Chrissie Bremner of Oakville, MB, and auntie Lizzie Budge of Ashern, MB, sister-in-law Marion Schwitek of Winnipeg, MB, and brother-in-law Barry Duncan of Winnipeg, MB; also many nieces, nephews and friends.
