Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTANISLAWA PIKIES May 8, 1917 May 2, 2006 With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Stanislawa Pikies at the age of 88. Stasia will be deeply missed by her devoted daughter Irena, son-in-law Leszek, granddaughters, Violet (Tom), Ilona, Dorothy and her adored great-granddaughter Jackie. She was predeceased by her husband Wojcieh in 1984. Our Stasia was a woman of great strength and character. She was born in Zakowice, Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1966. Stasia loved get-togethers and often graced us with her beautiful singing. She loved and was loved by many friends, Genia, who was like a daughter, Mary, Krystyna and Theresa and many others. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 6 at 10:30 a.m. with Prayers starting at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
