JOHN OBADIAH SHEPHERD Passed away at the Middlechurch Personal Care Home, West St. Paul, on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, at the age of 89 years, John Obadiah Shepherd, formerly of Glenboro, MB. John leaves to mourn his passing his son Garry (Pat) of East St. Paul, grandchildren, Amanda Shepherd and Kevin Shepherd of Winnipeg, Becky (Will) Bouwman and Coulter McPhail (Jennifer Clark) of Glenboro, great-grandchild Landon Bouwman; sister Gladys Law of Cypress River; son-in-law Wayne (Rhonda) McPhail of Glenboro; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. John was predeceased by his wife Ruth (nee King) (2002), daughter Lynda McPhail (1996), brothers, Percy (Noreen) (1999), William (1997) and by brother-in-law Albert Law (1969). Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Glenboro United Church with Rev. Ron Fletcher officiating. Interment to follow in the Glenboro Cemetery.
