Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCAROL KUNZELMAN In the early morning hours of April 27, 2006, Carol Louise Kunzelman passed away peacefully as she slept. Her daughters Marjorie and Louise were at her bedside in Kildonan Personal Care Centre. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Otto in December, 2003 and also her parents William and Annie Hill. She is survived by her daughters Marjorie (Douglas) Fortier of West St. Paul, Linda (Robert) Staines of Coquitlam, BC, Louise Thomas of Winnipeg; son Warren (Eileen Peters) of Gladstone; and grandchildren Jordan, Dagny, and Dena Kunzelman, Jade Thomas, and Holly, Kyle and Tanner Peters. She is also survived by a brother Jim (Vida) Hill of Airdrie, AB. Born near Plumas, MB to William and Annie Hill she lived there until 1942 when she married Otto and they moved to the Pembroke area near Gladstone, MB. Together they built up a successful grain and cattle farm. They retired to Gladstone and moved to Winnipeg in 2000. The family would like to thank the staff on the 3rd floor of KPCC for their wonderful care, concern and understanding. They are truly the angels here on earth. Cremation has taken place and a small family service was held on April 30, 2006. Interment will be at Glen Eden beside her husband Otto. Together for Eternity! In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one's choice. When darkness comes and shuts out the light We must leave our faith to restore our sight.
