HOPE RENEE KAHANE April 21, 1930 - May 7, 2006 Hope was infinitely precious to her husband of 56 years, Leonard Kahane, her two sons, Grant and Jim, her daughter-in-law, Sylviane, and her adored grandchildren, Israel and Alyssa. She leaves behind her cherished sisters, Muriel Tatelman and Joy Belzer; her brothers-in-law Donald Belzer and Bernard Kahane; her loving sister-in-law Helen Kahane; many nieces and nephews; as well as countless friends and relatives. Hope devoted her life to her family, and her community. Her greatest joy was sharing love with her grandchildren. Hope's passing leaves a void in the lives of all of us who so cherished her. Yet she lives on in each of us, in the lessons that she taught us about - friendship, caring, honesty, loyalty, and love. We thankfully acknowledge the compassionate care given by Drs. John Rabson and Frederick Ross The family was comforted by all who attended her funeral.
