ALEXANDER THOMAS ROSKY It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend Alex on May 16, 2006 at the age of 84 years. Alex was predeceased by his parents Tom and Mary Rosky in 1989. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 55 years Dorothy June; his sons Richard and James; his daughters Linda Rosser (Malcolm Lucas), Yvonne (Glen) Maxon, Mary (Doug) Still; his grandchildren, Natasha (Damon) Bostrom, Nancy (Curtis) Niemi, Mike Maxon and Jim Still; and great-grandsons Daniel and Joshua Bostrom. Sisters Lena Kelland, Nel (Mike) Skoropata, Vicky Weremy, Ruth (Metro) Fincaryk and Isabelle (Cliff) Oliver. Alex was born October 7, 1921 in Selkirk. He worked at Manitoba Rolling Mills for over 30 years, retiring on July 1, 1986. In his retirement years he enjoyed visiting with family and friends when he wasn't busy snow blowing someone's driveway or planting his garden on the farm. Alex will be sadly missed but not forgotten.
