HAROLD BEDSON BAILEY 1914 - 2006 Peacefully on Monday, May 22, 2006 Harold Bailey, beloved husband of Mary, passed away in the Tuxedo Villa at the age of 91 years. Harold is lovingly remembered by his wife of over 60 years, Mary Bailey; brother-in-law Peter and Nellie Woloshen; daughter Dorothy Bond; sons, Alfred and Diane Bailey, William (Bill) and Janet Bailey; grandchildren, Thomas, Phillip, Karen, Tanis, Christopher, Teresa and Catherine, seven great-grandchildren and many special nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Harold was predeceased by his parents, son Thomas Andrew Bailey in 1970, and brothers and sisters, Mervin, Edna, Maude, Margaret Ann, Alfred, Harvey and Francis. Harold was born and raised in the Solsgirth area of Manitoba and married the love of his life, Mary in 1942. They raised their family in the Charleswood area. He loved family, cared about others and was a storyteller with a sense of humour which carried him through some difficult times. Sincere appreciation is extended to the Tuxedo Villa Staff who were always supportive, compassionate and caring. Thank you to the Grace Hospital staff for their kindness and compassion. Special thanks to the family and friends in Charleswood (especially from Coventry Road).
