NANCY GRACE HAYWOOD It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Nancy Grace Haywood on May 22, 2006 at Health Sciences Centre at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her husband Sydney of 53 years in 2002, her parents and sister Rosemary. She leaves to cherish her memory son Ken Haywood and wife Fran, their daughter Caitlin; daughter Ruth Jansen and husband John, their children Rob and Michelle and great-granddaughter Cydney. Mom always had a positive outlook on life and kind words to say. She loved her family, her times in the country and at the lake. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Firefighters Historical Society, 56 Maple Street, Winnipeg MB R3B 0Y3 or The Firefighters Burn Fund, Room 303-83 Garry Street, Winnipeg MB R3C 4J9.
