MARGOT CAROLINE ADDIS (nee BAKEMAN) September 22, 1941 - May 28, 2006 Margot passed away peacefully on May 28, 2006. Born in Chicago, IL, but resided in Winnipeg since 1944. Lovingly remembered by her husband Donald; sons, George Donald (Amanda) and Keith Robson (Cathy); brother Larry Bakeman; several nieces, nephews, cousins; mother-in-law Ardis Addis and other in-laws and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Jessie Bakeman; grandparents, George and Frances Bakeman, Henry and Sophie Burylo. Margot was a longtime member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Middlechurch. She participated on the vestry, was treasurer for a time, did some secretarial duties and helped with fundraising events. She also loved her bowling at Billy Mosienko Lanes with the Tuesday Lady Trainmen and the Wednesday Redwood Raiders leagues. Special time with family was most dear to her. A special thank you to the staff at Riverview Health Centre, 3 East for their loving care of Margot. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 299 Balderstone Rd., West St. Paul on Thursday, June 1 at 2:00 p.m. Interment and reception to follow at Glen Eden Funeral Home.
