Date of Passing: May 27, 2006
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIVIAN MADELEINE KIZLIK (nee DUPONT) It is with deepest sadness that we announce the passing of Vivian (Dupont) Kizlik on Saturday, May 27, 2006 after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 61. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Honore and Lea Dupont; husband Paul; sons, Vernon (Coreen), Brian (Lisa), Andy (Sharon); grandchildren, Kirsten, Brayden, Dylan, Matthew and Amy; sisters, Louise (Art), Judy (Rick); many nephews and nieces; and her special Aunt Lorraine. The best memories of her life began on her property in Cooks Creek. She had a love for gardening, flowers, and a passion for cooking Those egg rolls were the best She loved to shop, and con her grandchildren with smarties to all sit together for a group picture every chance she got. She met her closest friends through sports with her sons. She touched the lives of many people, but the closest were her two sisters, Louise and Judy and her special cat Gizzy. She had a strong will and a tremendous spirit. Even in her final days, she put her own pain and suffering aside to nurture and love those around her. Her positive attitude remained until the end, as she still made us smile and laugh with her. Celebration of Vivian's life will be held on Friday, June 2 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Ave. West at 10:30 a.m. With a reception to follow. Interment to follow at Sunnyside Cemetery, Oakbank, MB. The family would like to thank the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, for their exceptional and compassionate care during her final weeks. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Vivian's memory to the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Her Laugh and Smile will remain in our hearts forever!
