ALVIN GENE DESJARLAIS May 15, 1957 - May 25, 2006 It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Alvin Gene Desjarlais, of Lundar, MB on May 25, 2006 at the age of 49 years. Alvin leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Vivian; his brothers, Perry (Carolyn), Dean (Marilyn), Dion, Bradley (Trina) and Darren; his nieces, Natillie, Kathy, Tiffany, Kayla and Brandy; his nephews, BJ and Jessie; his great-nephews, Jager and Ethan; his uncles, Ken Frankie and Clarence; his grandmother Irene (Lewis) Sevigny; his auntie Marge; as well as numerous cousins and friends. Alvin was predeceased by his father Eugene (Bobby); his uncle Jules Big Joe ; his aunties, Leone and Simone; also by his special Auntie Louise. Alvin lived most of his life in the Deerhorn area. His life was limited because of his illness, muscular dystrophy. He enjoyed horses, fixing bicycles, going to the lake, counting His money, eating cheezies and staying in his little house. Alvin was a Ford Man through and through and he will always be loved and remembered. The family would like to thank Dr. Burnett, ambulance attendants, E. M. Crowe Memorial Hospital staff. A special thanks to the Lundar Personal Care Home staff and Anna Forte who was his special care giver. At the family's request, there will be no funeral service, a private family service will be held at his residence.
