KATHLEEN FRANCES HARVEY Kathleen passed away peacefully on May 31, 2006 at Tuxedo Villa Personal Care Home. She was born in Dalmeny, SK on January 15, 1912. She was the eldest of nine children born to Frank and Jeannette Dyer. Kay married John Scotty Harvey on October 20, 1939. They were married 56 years before Scotty's passing in May of 1995. She will be greatly missed by her children Diane Hughes, and Alan Harvey (Elfie); grandchildren, Jeff (Irene) Friesen-Hughes, David (Kleo) Hughes, Dan (Terine) Hughes, Lisa (Chris) Young, Marissa and Taran Harvey; great-grandchildren; Kaethe, Nikolas, and Karl Friesen-Hughes, Marina and Andreas Hughes, Marli Young, and Camryn Hughes; and sister-in -law Naomi Dyer and her family in BC. Kay was a life long resident of Charleswood. She was long time member of the Charleswood United Church and the Elizabeth Rebekah Lodge. She loved animals, especially cats and dogs. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Humane Society Building Fund. Thank You to the caring staff at Tuxedo Villa Extendicare.
