JASON MICHAEL STOROZINSKI It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jason Michael Storozinski of Dauphin, MB, on Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre at the age of 36 years. Jason leave to mourn his passing, his wife Jodi and son Braydon of Dauphin. His parents, Dennis and Marion Storozinski of Grandview; sister Shannon Storozinski and partner Gaven McKenney of Vancouver, BC; brother Evan Storozinski of Winnipeg; maternal grandmother Mabel Fulkerson; paternal grandmother Mary Storozinski; parents-in-law, Nick and Marni Kosmuk of Winnipeg; sisters-in-law, Julie and husband Chad Stangl of Selkirk, Jayne and Jillian Kosmuk of Winnipeg; niece Faith Stangl of Selkirk; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jason was predeceased by an infant brother Kyle in 1973; an infant sister in 1974; and both his grandfathers, Mike Storozinski and Rufus Fulkerson. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 10 at 2:00 p.m. from the Grandview United Church. Rev. Steve Wilson officiating and interment to follow in the Grandview Memorial Gardens. The eulogy will be given by Jason's uncle Ray Storozinski. All of Jason's family and friends are considered honorary pallbearers. Active pallbearers will be Tony Kozak, Ryan Mazurkewich, Chad Stangl, Gary Adams, John Hicks and John Letendre. Sneath-Strilchuk Funeral Service have care of the arrangements, phone (204) 638-4110.
