Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE JOHNSTON It is with deep sadness, that the family of Pauline Johnston, Winnipeg, MB, formerly of Fork River, MB, announces her passing, with family by her side, at Concordia Place Care Centre, Winnipeg, MB, Monday, May 29, 2006. She was born April 9, 1916 to John and Nastia Maisowski. Predeceased by parents; husband Jim; great-grandson Gregg Johnston; five brothers, two sisters; five brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law. Lovingly remembered by sons, Jim (Sally), Larry (Cindy), Bob (Kate), Wayne (Joan); daughter Marilyn (Barrie Moore), Maureen; nine grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nine stepgreat-grandchildren. Brothers, Stan (Jean), Frank (Ethel) and Tom. Sisters, Anne (Larry Giroux), Jean Stephens and sister-in-law Viola Johnston, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Pauline resided at her farm near Fork River, MB until 1998 when ill health forced her to move from the life she knew and loved best. The family wishes to thank the staff at The Concordia Hospital Emergency Department and Concordia Place Care Centre, 303 D Wing where she resided for the past six years until her death. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Wish Fund or charity of one's choice. Funeral service has taken place, June 3. Pastor Howard Burnie officiated. Interment at Riverside Cemetery, Dauphin, MB. Sneath-Strilchuk Funeral Service, Dauphin, MB was in care of arrangements.
