Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHERINE BIHANSKY 1908 2006 Kay passed away peacefully at Holy Family Nursing Home on Wednesday, June 7, 2006. Kay was predeceased by her husband, Roman, in October 1972, her parents Polly and Dan Panio, and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by sister Ann May of Oshawa, ON, and many nieces and nephews. Kay was born on a family homestead in Homefield, SK on September 21, 1908. After working on the family farm for many years, she came to Winnipeg to seek employment and made this her home until her demise. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 12, at 10:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Very Rev. John Melnyk and Deacon Gordon Mendres will officiate. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery. Andy and Ethel, her friends, would like to express their deep appreciation to all the staff at St. Frances Ward in the Holy Family Nursing Home who worked so hard to care for her over the years.
