BERTHA ROSE KUMKA Bertha Rose Kumka was born in Winnipeg, MB, moved to Kelowna in August of 1986, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2006. She is survived by her loving family, husband Bill of 54 years; son Gary and his wife Janet Campbell; granddaughters Kate and Alex of Coquitlam, B.C.; son Donald and his wife Janie Silverman; grandsons David and Ben of Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.; her brothers Joe and Tony Koniaz. Predeceased by her parents and sisters Mary Burdy, Ann Favell and Caroline MacKay. A Memorial Service will be held and announced at a later date.
