CAROL KEAY (nee ZEEMEL) Carol, beloved wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away quietly at home on May 31, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. Carol is survived by her loving husband Jim; daughter Tammy (Shawn); sons, Jamie (Cori), Jim Jr. (Wendy); eight grandchildren, Graeyson, Ryder, Bowen, Aydan, Morgan, Oliver, Jesse and Jimmy; mother Olive Zeemel; brothers, Bob (Sandy), Ed and sister Maree plus numerous relatives and friends. Carol loved life. She was a passionate grandmother, golfer, summers at her beloved Lake of the Woods Cabin, fund raising for Cystic Fibrosis Society, helping customers at the Bay, cake decorating and her craft creations were but a few of her joys. Carol was predeceased by her daughter Heather; brother John and her father Albert. Celebration of Carol's life is Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. - Picnic shelter by duck pond opposite English Gardens at Assiniboine Park.
