LOIS MARIE BERRY (nee BISSETT) Peacefully, on Sunday, June 11, 2006, after a brief illness, Lois died at the Grace Hospital, at the age of 77 years. Loved and remembered by her daughters, Barbara Berry and Carol House; brothers, Bob and Bill Bissett (Doreen); three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas J. Berry; and both parents, Wilf and Effie Bissett. Lois was born on September 29, 1928 in Crystal City, MB. She took part of her schooling in Snowflake, MB and the balance in St. Vital when her parents moved to Winnipeg in 1942. Lois had a great love of crafts; quilting, knitting, sewing or the many other artistic things that held her interest and which she was very accomplished at. In compliance with Lois' wishes, a private family funeral service and interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lois' memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or a charity of one's choice.
