TODD JAMES GROENING Accidentally on June 14, 2006 at his residence, Todd Groening, beloved son of Ron and Brenlee Groening and brother to Brittany, passed away at age 18 years. He is also survived by his nana Beryl Eakin and grandparents, Jessie (Dave) Reimer; by his aunt Verna (Abe) Derksen; uncles, Randy Groening, Roger (Cynthia) Groening and Brian Eakin; cousins, relatives and friends, especially Craig, Eric and Talon. He was predeceased by his two grandfathers, Bob Eakin and Peter Groening, his aunt Cheryl and great-grandmother Jessie Dyck. He will be greatly missed by the staff, students and especially the varsity basketball team of the St. Norbert Collegiate, from which Todd was to graduate this June. We would like to extend our gratitude to all those that responded to our home. Also to the staff and students of S.N.C. and especially all our family and friends Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 20 at 11:00 a.m. at the Morrow Gospel Church, 755 St. Anne's Rd., Winnipeg with reception to follow at the Eagles Club, 3459 Pembina Hwy., Winnipeg. Interment in the Wingham Cemetery at 3:30 pm. Viewing on Monday, June 19 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service and at the church prior to the service.
