IRENE PATRICIA (PAT) LENNOX It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Pat Lennox on Friday, June 16, 2006 at the Seven Oaks Hospital. She is survived by her loving husband Wilf and many special friends. Pat was born on April 7, 1925 in Leeds, SK. She was raised in an orphanage until the age of 18. She was taken in by Ida and Matt and stayed with them until she married and started her family. After her first husband's passing Pat continued to work for different hotel chains. Her favorite and final place of employment was with the Holiday Inn where she worked as a supervisor. Pat met Wilf Lennox while playing bingo and they became friends and were then married on May 27, 1972. She will be deeply missed by all her knew her. Visitation has taken place at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 21 at 3:00 p.m. also at Chapel Lawn. Pallbearers were John East, Irene East, Billy East, Jason East, Stephen Wiebe, Harry Peterson and Wilfred Lennox.
