Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGISELE EMERENCE GAUTHIER Gisele Emerence Gauthier (nee Turcotte), loving wife, devoted mother and doting grand'maman. Gisele was called to return home to her creator and loving Shepherd on Wednesday, June 21, 2006. She leaves in her loving memory her husband Rene; two daughters, Josee (Randy) Wiedmer, Nadine(Carl) Dannenberg; two grandsons, Evan and Noah; her mother Cecile Provost; her sister Diane(Denis) Levasseur; sisters and brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Rossel her son, Marcel her papa and Roland her stepdad predeceased her. Gisele was born in St. Jean Baptiste on February, 12, 1947 to Marcel and Cecile Turcotte. Her biggest joy was spending time with the family especially hugging and playing with her grandsons. She was known for her enthusiasm, creativity, her gift of multi-tasking and especially keeping numerous lists. She was very spiritual and it reflected itself in her numerous ministries within the church, work, community and family. We wish to thank the staff of Selkirk General Hospital especially Drs. Racette and Speers and Palliative Care. Your numerous prayers lifted us and gave us strength throughout this journey. Prayer service will be on Friday, June 23 at 8:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be on Saturday, June 24 at 10:00 a.m. Both the prayer service and the Mass will be held at St. Margaret, Little Britain Church, Highway 9 and Little Britain Road, Lockport with Msgr. Louis McCloskey officiating. Interment of ashes will follow in the churchyard cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gisele's memory to Pallative Care, Selkirk General Hospital, MB or to your preferred charity.
