OLGA (OLLIE) SLOBODZIAN 1926 - 2006 After a brief illness, our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother entered into the arms of our Lord at the age of 80 years on June 24, 2006. Her legacy endures through her loving children: John (Shirly); Patti; George (Gloria); Robert; and Harvey (Teri) as well as her precious grandchildren: Jared; Curtis; Nicholas; Jenna; Matthew; Layne and great-granddaughter, Britany. We will never forget the love you gave and the sacrifices you made for us. We will cherish your memory forever. Olga was born in Sundown, MB on March 10, 1926. Mom and Dad were married in 1948 and they went on to raise their family in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her loving husband and our dear Dad (Harry), her parents, brother Frank and sisters, Lena and Bernice. Olga's family was her life and her love and care for us was constant and unconditional. She brought great love, devotion and a special touch that only a mother has for her family. Mom we love you dearly and will miss you so very much. The family wishes to thank the staff of three south at the Grace Hospital for their care and compassion shown to Mom during her final days, as well as to Barb from Home Care for the years of care she provided before Mom entered the hospital. Prayers will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Tuesday June 27 at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service to take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28 at the St Josaphat's Parish, 590 Alverstone St. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Mom's pallbearers will be her loving grandchildren, Jared, Curtis, Nicholas, Jenna, Matthew, Britany and Layne. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba or the Canadian Cancer Society. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
