JACOB ISAAC WARKENTIN 1919 - 2006 Jacob's vibrant tenor voice joined the choirs of heaven on June 25. Farewells were offered by Helen Warkentin, his wife of 65 years, and his four children: son Rudy and Joy Warkentin of Thunder Bay ON; daughter Marlene and Larry Fast of Kleefeld, MB; son John and Elaine Warkentin of Winnipeg, MB; and daughter Susan and Wade Meszaros of Terrace, BC. Also missing the opportunity to spend more time with him are nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The funeral service for Jacob will be held Tuesday, June 27, 3:00 pm at the Steinbach Mennonite Church (on Loewen Blvd.). Veiwing will be one hour prior to the service.
