LARRY ALAN FIERBACK April 15, 1951 - June 25, 2006 Peacefully on June 25, 2006, Larry passed away at the age of 55 with his loving family by his side while residing at Oakview Place. Survived by his brothers and sisters, Jean, Norman (Nellie), Dolores (Tom), Shirley (Jerry), Terry (Jill), Beatrice (Wayne), Don (Shelley), Alex (Pat), also numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Larry was predeceased by his mother Evelyn and father Henry, brother-in-law Jack and nephew Duane. Larry worked at Waso for many years. He loved a variety of crafts, bowling, playing cards, puzzles, riding on Winnipeg Transit and cheering on the Winnipeg Jets. He also had a great passion for music, especially Elvis. Larry loved people and always left a lasting impression. He enjoyed family gatherings and he will be forever loved and missed. The family would like to thank those special angels at Oakview Place for the exceptional care and sincere kindness shown to us all. We will never forget you. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere with Rev. Jeff Cook officiating. A gathering of family and friends will take place in the Glen Lawn Reception Centre. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery.
