EFFIE YOZEFOWICH It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Effie Yozefowich at the Selkirk General Hospital on June 27, 2006 at the age of 89 years. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 29 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. A graveside service will follow on Friday, June 30 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. M. Pozniak officiating in Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery, Vita, MB. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044

  • Effie is forever loved and remembered as Baba by Valerie Linda Koley (nee Yusefawich/McGrath), and Joey Yusefawich, her beloved Grandchildren, and Children of her Son, Eugene, and Luba Yusefawich, and her first Great-Grandchild, Melissa Ashley McGrath, only child of Valerie Koley, and Mark McGrath. Baba was a considerate and giving woman who always took care of others by cooking many meals from items in her own garden. She enjoyed needlepoint, making rugs, collecting driftwood, and playing Canasta. "You will be missed but never forgotten.
