VERA VERONICA VICTORIA (KOZACZEK) KOZAK November 14, 1912 - June 25, 2006 Vera Veronica Victoria (Kozaczek) Kozak passed away in Klamath Falls, OR on Sunday, June 25, 2006. She was 93. Vera was born just outside of Warsaw, Poland on November 14, 1912. She moved to Canada as an infant. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Barbara Kozak of Long Beach, CA; daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Ron Palasits of Klamath Falls; four grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, six stepgreat-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Mary Szymyszkiewiez; sister and brother-in-law, Sophie and Gordon Purchase of Winnipeg; sister Dollie Starss, all of Winnipeg, Canada. Services and interment were held in Klamath Falls, OR.
