Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES THEODORE (JIM) BANNON 1939 - 2006 Born St. Paul, Minnesota, January 8, 1939 Jim died suddenly in Calgary, AB which was his current home, at the age of 67. Jim will be sadly missed by his beloved mother Olive Pollock; wife Joanne; two daughters, Colleen and Coral; son-in-law Mike; and granddaughter Ava. He will also be missed by Ann Mazur (aunt), Ollie Osadchuk (aunt), Darlene Scibak (cousin) and family, Debbie Regier (cousin) and family, Louis Lechman, Elaine Fetter (cousin). Jim attended Sisler High School where he was popular in sports - especially basketball. Jim, along with his team, won the Manitoba Championship in Ottawa and Jim, along with his team the Sisler Spartans, was inducted into the Hall of Fame for Basketball. Jim worked 48 years in the insurance industry in Winnipeg and Calgary. Memorial tributes may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A memorial service will be held Wenesday, July 5, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME 220 Hespeler Ave. Arrangements entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME CREMATORIUM 220 Hespeler @ Henderson Hwy 668-3151
