GERALD (JERRY) KROCHAK Suddenly, on Friday, June 30, 2006, Jerry died at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 64 years of age. Left to cherish Jerry's memory are his loving wife Sharon, of 29 years of marriage; daughter, Bonnie (Dave Filby); grandchildren, Adam and Joshua; sisters, Verna, Marion (Len) and Beverly; and brothers, Stan (Liz), Tom (Lynda), Bill (Souvilla) and Donnie. Jerry's funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 5 at 1:00 p.m. in Silver Heights United Church, 199 Garrioch Ave. (Corner of Mount Royal Road and Ness Avenue). For those who wish, parking will be available in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church parking lot located on Ness Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jerry's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald St., Suite 200, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 200-310 Broadway Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
