IVOL MARGARET KENWORTHY (nee CUMMINGS) Unexpectedly, on June 30, 2006 following a very brief illness at the Grace General Hospital, in her 84th year. Beloved mother of Veryl (George) Tipliski and Ron (Cynthia Osterman), precious grandma/amma to Benji and Holden Kenworthy and dear friend to many. Ivol was predeceased by her cherished husband Ben (1981), parents George and Florence Cummings, and brother Howarth. Mom was born and raised in Saskatchewan, moved to Winnipeg as a young woman, and lived for the past 56 years in St. James. She was an active volunteer in her community. She was a member of the St. James Lanes Women's Bowling League, the St. James Lawn Bowling Club and the Sturgeon Creekers Tuesday Bridge Club. Mom had a true gift for lifelong friendship and she hoped that all her friends and neighbors will think back to those everyday moments they shared with her through those years. She will be missed. Her family would like to thank all those who helped and cared for their mother and us, Jo Jackson; Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service; Grace General Hospital 3 South staff, in particular RNs Karen and Louise (who are the essence of nursing); Drs. G. Borrett, W. Schellenberg, S. Parham; Sharry and Dennis McIntosh. In accordance with Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will not be a formal service. Instead, we will celebrate Ivol's life at an informal get-together, date and location to be announced. All her friends are invited. Interment will take place at a later date at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the MS Society of Canada (#1-866-679-4557), the Grace Hospital Foundation, 300 Booth Drive, Winnipeg, R3J 9Z9 or simply do something special for someone in Ivol's memory. Condolences can be emailed to tipliski@mts.net We'll love you forever, forever you'll be
