DAVID SCOTT CAMPBELL David passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at Concordia Hospital. He will be greatly missed by his wife Elaine, his children Catherine, Darcy, and Kevin, and numerous friends. Many thanks go out to the staff at Concordia Hospital, namely Brenda, Laura, Ron, Chris, Chris R., Maureen and many others too numerous to mention who made David's stay comfortable and comforted our family. A private gathering to celebrate David's life will take place with family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, people may send a donation to Concordia Hospital.
