DONNA LYNN PENNER (nee HOBEN) February 1, 1950 July 7, 2006 Suddenly on July 7, 2006, Donna was called home to be with her Lord. Donna was a loving wife, devoted mom, grandmother, and a faithful child of God. Donna had a deep faith in Jesus Christ and her greatest desire was for each of her children to know Him personally. She was a prayer warrior, and always kept her family in her prayers. Donna was a person who truly portrayed the love of Christ by the way she treated each of us. Donna leaves behind Harvey, husband of 36 years; children, Dawn (Jason), and Ben (Chandra); grandchildren, Benson and Lyra; and many other dear friends. A memorial service will be held in celebration of Donna's life and faith on Wednesday, July 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Salem M.B. Church 691 Alexander Ave. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
