HENRY WALLEGHAM May 14, 1925 - July 8, 2006 Unexpectedly, on July 8, 2006 Henry left for Heaven at the age of 81. Henry leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife Linda; daughters, Sheila, Joyce (Dave) Ensign; sons, Brian, Bruce and Mark. Henry will also be sadly missed by his grandchildren, especially Samara (Pippi Long-Stocking) and Haylee (Papa's Munchkin). We'll all see him again in Heaven . Henry was born in Darwin and grew up in the Whitemouth area. He met his sweetheart in Whitemouth. They were married and moved to Niagara Falls, ON until moving to Winnipeg in 1957. Henry worked as a heavy equipment operator for Cambrian Excavator's for 25 years and retired in 1989. Henry enjoyed fishing, gardening and carpentry. He loved working with his hands and teaching his children woodworking. Now he is learning from the Master Carpenter. Henry had a gentle heart, a unique sense of humour, and his selfless nature will be forever remembered. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 12 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. with interment and reception to follow.
