Dad enjoyed fishing and hunting in his younger years and later became an avid animal lover. He was a very social person who enjoyed talking with anyone, anytime, anywhere and would also be willing to help anyone out whether he knew them or not. Dad loved to tell stories from years gone by and was never at a loss for words. He could always find the humour in any situation. The Safeway girls always held a special place in his heart and he had nicknames for all. Special thanks to the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for the care provided over the last few years. Dad appreciated the way he was cared for throughout his illness. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15 at 2:00 p.m. at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St., Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Seven Oaks Hospital. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
