PENNY PLANTJE Peacefully, on July 12, 2006, Mrs. Penny Plantje, aged 63 years, of Sherwood Park, AB (formerly of Winnipeg, MB) passed away. In 1969 the family moved to Calgary in the first of what would be many moves between Alberta and Manitoba. Penny was an active volunteer through out her life with organizations such as the Girl Guides, the Red Cross and the Sherwood Park Chamber of Commerce. A memorial service will be held Wednesday July 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Park Place Funeral Home, 51 Broadway Blvd., Sherwood Park.
