JOSEPH ROLAND LAMBERT May 31, 2004 - July 20, 2006 Joseph Lambert passed away in his mother's arms, among his father's hugs and kisses, on Thursday July 20 at the tender age of 2. Though too short, his life was filled with love. His parents, Kerri and David, along with younger brother Loic poured love into him daily. He will be cherished by his Nanny Evelyn, Jido Peter, Grandmaman Denise, Grandpa Wayne, Auntie Kathleen and Uncle Chris and cousins Alex, Claire and Eric, Uncle Halim and Zuzana, Aunty Nadia, Matante Liane and Bruce, Matante Suzanne and Curtis and Matante Johanne and Shane, Great-Grandmas Adrienne and Lillian and many extended family members. Joseph has several friends who will miss him terribly: Katie, Scarlett, Sina, Jack, Owen, Wil, Alex, Andrew, Max, Peter, Lazar, Jacob, Emma, Madeline, Michael, Freya, Karina and Claire. Joseph loved to read. He always played peekaboo. He enjoyed daily walks and jogs with Mommy and later Loic. He especially loved the swings after the jog. He insisted on very hot baths and running the water until there was none left. He loved dogs. He loved dancing with Da-dee and sometimes even singing. Heavy metal tunes were his favourite! He also loved sitting on Daddy, sampling his food and drink. He enjoyed cuddling with Mommy and his blanket and watching TV - Elmo and Grover were his favourite characters. He loved car rides, especially with Daddy. Shortly after his birth, we learned Joseph's life would be foreshortened. Along with family and friends, every effort was made to maximally enrich his life. The effort paid off- Joseph lived a wonderfully fulfilled life. In addition to thanking our friends and family for their continuous love and support, we would like the thank Drs. Carson, Soni, Divekar, Chiu, Daenick, Harlos and Chudley for their care. We'd also like to thank Tache Pharmacy for their wonderful service under the Palliative Care Program. In lieu of flowers, donations to A Children's Wish Foundation (www.childrenswish.ca) or the Children's Hospital Foundation (CE501, 840 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1S1) can be made. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held Monday, July 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Ave. in Winnipeg, MB. Hand Hand Fingers Thumb On se verra pitou! Love Mommy, Daddy and Loic CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
