DELILA PETZNIK (nee LOEFFLER) Mrs. Delila Petznik, aged 71 years, of Greenwald, MB, dearly beloved wife of Alfred of 51 years of marriage, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2006 at her home. She is survived by her husband Alfred; sons Ernie and Jason; daughter Anita (Rick) and their children Eric and Amanda; half brothers Erich and Roland; stepbrother August; sisters, Gerda, Erika and Erna; and stepsister Herta. She was predeceased by her brother Willy; sisters, Hildegard, Herta and Wanda in infancy; parents Ewald and Leokadia; and her stepmother Emily. Delila immigrated to Canada with her father and her sister on December 9, 1953. She married her husband Alfred on June 4, 1955 and shortly thereafter started her family, residing in the Greenwald area until her demise. She will be fondly remembered for her generous nature and the pride that she took in her gardens. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Avenue East, Beausejour, MB.
