WESLEY MICHAYLOW With heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Wesley on July 14, 2006. Wesley is survived by his beloved son Larry Michaylow and daughter Dianne (Dennis) Bell; sisters Jennie (Donnie) Smith and Lydia Kisil and nephews; close friends Juanita and Peter and their children Tyson and Shawna whom he shared many happy times. He will be fondly remembered by Victoria Shewchuck from Alberta. He was predeceased by his wife Lillian in February 2002, and parents Mark 1962 and Matrona 1997. Wesley was born on February 23, 1931 in Minitonas, MB making him the 1st born Canadian son for the Michaylow family. In 1969, Wesley bought Holmes Carburetor and through hard work and dedication made it a very successful company. Throughout the years it was known to many as the place to go! Wesley was always working on upgrading his education in the mechanical fields and obtained many certificates he was proud to display. In 2003, he retired and sold his company and spent his time enjoying life. He loved to play his accordion and was known to tell a great joke or two. He looked forward to the CFL season when he could watch the Blue Bombers play...win or lose. He was a long-time member of the Reh-fit center. Wesley had the opportunity to travel to many different countries throughout his life and loved to share his stories with others. Wesley had a heart of gold and was a very kind and giving man. He had a special place in his heart for all animals but especially his cats Hobo, Brooke and Monique. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, July 25 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
