Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWARD ROGOSKI Our family is saddened to announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather and brother Ed, on Friday, July 21, 2006 at Concordia Hospital. Ed will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Helen; his son Jim (June); his daughters Debbie (Gary) Baker, Linda, and Wendy (Jim) Swiss; his grandchildren Chris, Robert, James and Steven Rogoski; Erik and Tom Baker; and Brett, Marlee, and step-granddaughter Sarah Swiss. He is also survived by his brother Norm, and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Mary. Ed was born in Allegra, MB on September 20, 1935. He and Helen were married in 1955 and raised their family of four children. They enjoyed many summers at the cottage with their family and friends. In his early years, he worked for Blackwoods Beverages, and retired from Woolco in 1989. He was a member of the East Kildonan Lions Club and Royal Canadian Legion No. 9. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Manitoba, or to a charity of their choice.
