ANNE SWEET (nee KUSHNIR) On Monday, July 24, 2006, after a brief illness, Anne passed away at the Concordia Hospital. Despite overcoming many hardships throughout her life, she couldn't win this last battle. Left with fond memories are her loving son Brian (Norma); granddaughter, Shannon of Falmouth, NS; grandson Craig (Marni) and great-grandchildren, Teagan and Jenna of Winnipeg. Anne was grateful for the support and friendship she received over the years from family, friends and neighbours. In keeping with Anne's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Anne's memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3.
