DANIEL MARDYNALKA November 22, 1927 - July 27, 2006 Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, Daniel passed away at Beausejour Hospital on July 27, 2006. He is survived by brothers Andrew (Jean); Walter, Edward, William, Frank (Elaine); and sisters Mary Kulczyck, Pauline Nickolievich, Lily (Joe) Weslak, Sophie Dudych, Lena Senkow; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by parents Nicholas and Anne; brothers John and Michael; and sister Katherine. Daniel was born and raised in Hadashville and later moved to the Springfield area in 1998. He resided at the Sunrise Lodge in Anola until his passing. He enjoyed the many friendships he made while there as well as the card games and special gatherings. Special thanks to Diane Dumas, Phyllis, Brenda and to all who provided home care for Daniel over the years. Also to Dr. Darrin Dueck and the Beausejour Hospital Palliative Care staff for their care and compassion shown to Daniel and family during his stay. In lieu of flowers, if so desired donations in Daniel's memory can be made to Beausejour Hospital Palliative Care as per Daniel's request. Memorial service to be held at Knysh Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. with cremation to follow. Private family interment to be held at a later date.
