HELEN BILLI Helen Billi, widow of the late Walter Billi, passed away peacefully at Concordia Hospital on July 27, 2006. Helen will be lovingly remembered by nieces and nephews, Christine and Bill Stanley of Winnipeg, Anne and Roy Ellis and Dennis and Diana Walsh of Vancouver. She will be sadly missed by close friends, John and Virginia Wiebe, Harry Proveda and Stephanie Kuz. The family would like to thank paramedics and staff at the Concordia Hospital.
