Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPETER KLOOK 1918 - 2006 Peacefully, on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, Peter Klook passed away in Penticton, BC at the age of 88. Pete was born April 21, 1918 in Winnipeg and grew up in the North End and Brooklands areas. He served in the army during the Second World War. Pete worked for the CPR and owned hotels in Selkirk and Fort Frances, ON. Moving to British Columbia 21 years ago, he made his home in Osoyoos and Penticton. Pete enjoyed all types of music and singing and playing his guitar. He also enjoyed travelling when health permitted. Pete will always be remembered for his generous nature. He especially treasured the time he spent with family and friends. Left to cherish his memory are his first cousins, Bertha Derewianko, Annie Emond, Mike Baron, Bill Baron (Diana); cousin-in-law Olga Baron and their families. He was predeceased by his mother Victoria in 1961; uncles Joseph and Stephen Baron and Alex Baran; cousins, Nick, John, Mike, Ken, Bill and Joe Baron, Mary Choptiany, Jean Meyer and Nettie Halowec. Prayers will be sung 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 3, 2006 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 4, also at the chapel with Fr. Isidore Dziadyk, OSBM officiating. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery. Donations in Peter's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
