Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXANDER GERALD GIROUARD Peacefully on Sunday, July 30, 2006, after a lengthy battle with lung cancer, Alex passed away. Alex was born in Somerset, MB on May 16,1938. Left to mourn Alex's passing are his wife Eugenie and son André; two brothers, Laurent and Norman (Lucille); brother-in-law Léo Grouette; sister-in-law Giselle Gauthier; and father-in-law Jean Gauthier. He was predeceased by his parents. Cyprien and Elva (Brousseau); his sister Lorraine; his sister-in-law Marie-Ange; also his mother-in-law Christina Gauthier. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 5 at the Saint Boniface Cathedral, 190 rue de la Cathedrale, presided by Fr. Marcel Carriere.
