Left with fond memories are her daughter Lorraine and grandson Ph'Razer. Mum also leaves to cherish her memory, sisters, Ruth Boissinault, Gertie Gunderson, Jean (Johnny) Borestski, Fern (Syd) Conway, Gwen (Larry) Nordin, Susan Langstaff; sister-in-law Ellbie Langstaff and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Mum was predeceased by her brother Jack Langstaff (March); sister in-law Mary Langstaff (February); her husband Walter (1983); her brother Reg Langstaff (1982); infant twin brothers, and her mother and father. Mum was born in Rainy River, ON June 26, 1921 and moved to Winnipeg when she married Dad in 1954. She enjoyed a good game of Bingo with her brother Jack and friends, the Foss'. Occasionally Mum would win at the Jumbles. She enjoyed driving around the neighbourhood in her blue Chevy Nova to eat out with friends. Mum had worked in house keeping in the 70's when Fred Douglas Lodge first opened. I'd like to thank the staff on the Spruce Unit of Fred Douglas Lodge for the kindness and care they gave as they made Mum feel comfortable. Also thanks to the home care team who helped me to take care of Mum before she went to Fred Douglas Lodge. The celebration of Mum's life will be Wednesday, August 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Rev. Msgr. M. Comeault P.H., V.F. officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery on Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mum's memory maybe made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586- 8044
