WALTER JOSEPH ZIEMIANSKI 1911 - 2006 Peacefully on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at St. Boniface Hospital, Walter beloved husband of Lena, passed away at the age of 95 years. He would have celebrated his 70th year of marriage on September 19, 2006. Walter was born on February 7, 1911 on a farm near Oakburn, MB. He was the third son of Michael and Wasylena Ziemianski and a brother to nine other siblings. He will be deeply missed by his wife Lena; children, Rosalie (John) Kuklica, Arnold (Ruth); grandchildren, Kimberly, Gregory, Kirk (Nicole) and Jeffery; great-grandchildren, Taylor Lena and Hunter Michael. Also surviving is one sister Idella Stavechny as well as other family members. Dad's love for his family was the most important thing in his life and he spent his life showing it. Our world was definitely a better place because of him and he will remain an inspiration to us all. He lived his life to the fullest. The family would like to thank all the people from Home Care and Palliative Care program who cared for him during his time at home and his last few days at St. Boniface Hospital. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, August 9 at 3:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
