Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL (MIKE) SOFRONIUK June 28, 1925 - July 14, 2006 Mr. Michael Mike Sofroniuk of Sylvan Lake, Alberta passed away on July 14, 2006 in Red Deer at the age of 81 years. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Anne, all of his family in Manitoba, Calgary, North Bay, Medicine Hat, Alabama, and many friends in Sylvan Lake and Niverville, MB. Mike was predeceased by his first wife Julia, a daughter Virginia, three grandsons, one granddaughter, one great-grandson, one brother and two sisters. A Celebration of Life for the late Michael Mike Sofroniuk will be held from the Chapel of the Sylvan Lake Funeral Home, Sylvan Lake, AB, on Saturday August 12, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. A private family inurnment will be held following the service, with lunch being served at the Royal Canadian Legion, Sylvan Lake. Cremation entrusted to Rocky Mountain Crematorium, Rocky Mountain House.
