Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVICTORIA LUCHKA December 12, 1909 - August 5, 2006 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing away of Victoria Luchka (nee Ozer) on Saturday, August 5, 2006. Victoria will be missed by nephew Al (Christine); niece Donna (John) and their children. She was predeceased by husband John and sisters, Frances Popiel and Olga Care. A Celebration of Victoria's Life will be held on Saturday, August 12. Call 697 - 0109 for details. A private family ash interment will take place at a later date. Many thanks to the staff at Fred Douglas home for their special care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fred Douglas Society.
