LEO LAFRENIERE Passed away, with his family by his side, at the age of 80. He left us on Monday, August 7, 2006, at the St. Boniface Palliative Care Hospital in Winnipeg. Leo was predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Elizabeth; son, Mishiel; brothers, Amie, Jim, and Allen; sister, Mary. Leo is survived by his wife, Catherine; children, Alexander (Kelly Anne), Leona (Willie), David, Scott, Crystal, Kyle, Frances, Samantha, Danielle, Meagan, Amy, Sommer; brother, Clovis and numerous nieces and nephews, whom he cared for and loved, so very much. He loved his family a great deal. Special friend, Herb Goebel. Prayers will take place on Friday, August 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Roman Catholic Church in Fisher Branch, MB, officiated by Sister Agnes Jolicoeur. Funeral mass will be performed on Saturday, August 12, 2006 at 11:00 a.m., at the Roman Catholic Church in Fisher Branch. Fr. Ernest Camath will be officiating. Burial will take place at the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Special thanks to the Palliative Care Facility at the St. Boniface Hospital and Cancer Care of Winnipeg.
