OLGA OLYNICK (nee Pitolay) Peacefully on August 10, 2006, Olga passed away at the Maples Personal Care Home at the age of 82 years. She is survived by Roy (Rosanne) of West St. Paul, MB, Leslie (Heather) of Calgary, AB and Honorary son Jack Werner (Carol); grandchildren, Heather, Brenden, Brittany and Cole. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Walter. Mom's great joy in life was her family for whom she loved to bake and knit. Her talent for knitting provided many beautiful sweaters and other artistic creations for the family throughout the years. She was known for her Nothings and Easter bread; recipes passed down from her mother and now passed down to the next generation. Despite her failing health in later years, she managed to maintain her wry sense of humour. The family would like to thank the staff at Maples Personal Care Home for their kind and caring attention given to our mom and grandmother during her time in their care.
