Moments to remember you! Although the stars in the sky seem to fly, at night they dance, then past, the morning, And the wonder of time is a loving sigh, We all wish it would be what we're learning. What will we remember about Vera? Her cheerful demeanor, her careful choosing of words so as to not hurt another’s feelings, her love of seniors, her family and her friendship with us. She always spoke fondly of her Baptist friends and co-workers at Shannon Oaks. From everything she said it’s apparent that she loved her work and the people there.Vera’s last words to me were “I have good memories.” My wife Carol, Nathan, Tanissa also have good memories of our friend Vera.
